Bikepark Chilterns CIC is a community interest company established in 2019 with the aim of increasing accessibility to mountain bike and off road facilities within the Chiltern Hills and surrounding areas. As a CIC (community interest company) not for profit, we are committed and legally required to operate in a way that benefits the communities we serve. We are also governed by an asset lock, which means we are required to spend the revenue we generate on community projects. We are also limited by guarantee, which means our directors cannot take dividends and as such all profits are re-invested into the CIC and it’s activities.
